Now Offering Insurance Adjuster / Contractor Ladder Assist (Dependent on Location) -

  1. Arrival of Assistance: Once the request is made, a team or individual equipped with the necessary ladder(s) will be dispatched to the property. They will coordinate with the adjuster and/or contractor to determine the specific areas that need to be accessed.
  2. Safety Precautions: Before using the ladder, the team will ensure that all necessary safety precautions are in place. This may include securing the ladder properly, using safety harnesses or other personal protective equipment, and assessing the stability of the structure being climbed.
  3. Assisting the Adjuster or Contractor: With the ladder in place, the adjuster and/or contractor can safely climb to the required height to inspect the areas of concern. The team providing the ladder assist may hold the ladder steady, provide additional support if needed, or assist with handing up any tools or equipment required for the inspection.
  4. Documentation: During the inspection, the adjuster and/or contractor will document the damage they observe, take photographs, and gather any other relevant information needed to process the claim.
  5. Completion of Assistance: Once the inspection is complete, the ladder assist team will assist the adjuster in safely descending from the ladder. They will then pack up their equipment and depart from the property.

Overall, a ladder assist is a collaborative effort between the insurance adjuster and the team providing assistance to ensure that a thorough inspection of the property can be conducted safely and effectively.
